Thomas Timothy Totten III is a Neo-Nazi Living in Sagle Idaho Active Under the Name Ragnar

Created and led by Daniel Rowe, 3N seems to be falling apart faster than its members can be exposed. But we still won’t forget about y’all. Everyone who was associated with that white nationalist unity project had their life made worse to various degrees. Just like the time before and the time before that, white nationalist unity in the PNW is once again in shambles with the neo-nazis and fascists left pointing fingers at each other.
Part five will shine some much needed and long overdue sunlight on 3N member and fascist active with White Lives Matter and Vinland Rebels, “Ragnar.”

But without further ado, lets meet the 55 year old neo-nazi Thomas Timothy Totten III living in Sagle Idaho and active under the name Ragnar.
This article will introduce the 55 year old midlife crisis nazi who has been active with fascist groups White Lives Matter, Vinland Rebels, and Northwest Nationalist Network under the name Ragnar @P226Legion.
Ragnar first came across anti-fascist’s radar in early March 2022 when he joined the Idaho White Lives Matter chat and asked to be vetted. White Lives Matter (WLM) is an explicit white nationalist, white supremacist hate group that was formed as a racist dog-whistle response to the Black Lives Matter mass protest movement. Ragnar aka Thomas Timothy Totten III spent little time in March of 2022 immediately posting racism in the Idaho WLM chat. He also made his dedication to the neo-nazi WLM movement very clear with his “I’m with WLM until Valhalla.”
For several months Ragnar was a classic reply guy in the chat. But then he posted some stickers to his Gab. Note the hand tattoos.
Ragnar aka Thomas Timothy Totten III neo-nazi Activism
In late Spring of 2022, Ragnar started getting increasingly involved in real life Neo-nazi activism. Starting with joining the WLM Idaho chat, and then getting vetted as a member, Ragnar started putting up some WLM propaganda stickers. For convenience, Ragnar posted these videos to his Gab under his username @triggecrank
Putting up stickers are really amateur white nationalist moves. The realm of newbies. But, from the beginning, the wrinkles on the skin showed Ragnar wasn’t just some kid. And then Ragnar joined the anti-LGBTQ pride white nationalist organizing protest chat in April 2022. The chat, ran by known neo-nazi Chadwick Heger, was a chat aimed at bringing together as many white nationalists in the north Idaho area ass possible to counter protest the annual North Idaho Pride festival. The white nationalist protest of North Idaho Pride is most famous for, of course, the arrests of Patriot Front. https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2022/6/13/2103960/-Police-arrest-31-Patriot-Front-marchers-from-around-the-country-outside-Idaho-Pride-gathering But what it was less known nationally was perhaps more interesting, and that is the deep level of work that anti-fascist activists did locally to destroy these attempts at coalition building between the various groups within the white nationalist community and others that might be sympathetic to their cause. Specifically, Ragnar proposed inviting the Panhandle Patriot Riding Club into the white nationalist “anti-groomer alliance” chat. That, simple put, did not work out well for anyone.
Ragnar aka Thomas Timothy Totten III came across a flyer for the Panhandle Patriot Riding Club second annual “Gun D’Alene” event at a gun store in North Idaho (Gun E’Alene is event where the Panhandle Patriots and other faux militia groups celebrate the time they all pranced around Coeur d’Alene holding guns because of a false rumor the heard of “Antifa” planning on burning down Coeur d’Alene. The white nationalists and explicit neo-nazi fascists such as Ragnar aka Thomas Timothy Totten III were very excited that so-called mainstream groups such as Panhandle Patriots were going to be joining them. Several of these white nationalists were viewing this as evidence that “victory” was on the horizon (victory, of course, meaning the collapse of society, race wars, and the death of anyone who is not a pure straight, cis gendered aryan supportive of the white nationalist cause.
The praise of the alliance with Panhandle Patriots did not last long, however, as anti-fascists set to work informing local reporters about what was going on behind the scenes and pressing Panhandle Patriots to make a statement. Panhandle Patriots was asked for a statement and it was hilariously delightful. After the white nationalists plans for a larger group of bigoted white unity fell apart, there was still a fascist protest against North Idaho Pride. And, of course, Thomas Timothy Totten III made an appearance.
How do we know this individual wearing the siege mask at North Idaho Pride is Ragnar? It’s easy, he was so proud of the look he made it his new profile pic on both Telegram and Twitter. The individual who took that picture Thomas Timothy Totten III stole for his new ‘Ragnar’ profile pic is photo journalist Jim Urquhart. The chance that Thomas asked permission to use this image is zero.
It wasn’t long before Ragnar’s Twitter was suspended and he went back to being a reply guy on various Telegram chats. At some point, however, Thomas Timothy Totten III made the evolution in hate from White Lives Matter and joined the explicitly fascist group Vinland Rebels.
Northwest Nationalist Network and Vinland Rebels
On March 31, 2023 hundreds of people rallied in Missoula Montana to show support for Trans Rights as part of the Transgender Day of Visibility. While it was mostly the same White Lives Matter neo-nazis that are well recognized and despised across Montana, one person stood out. An older guy with a confusing variety of seemingly just-purchased-on-Amazon patches. With his outfit looking like he just bought it off the rack at some sort of Hot Topic for nazis. The guy looks so much like some sort of failed 21 Jump Street style fed its absurd, but notice that one patch which reads “Ragnar.”
At one point, Thomas Timothy Totten III got so worked up about hating LGBTQ folks that he took his mask off.
WLM and Vinland Rebels have always had a sort of closeness. Both WLM and Vinland Rebels participated in the white nationalist protest against North Idaho Pride. So it’s not a surprise to see Thomas Timothy Totten III make the move from WLM Idaho member to Vinland Rebels, while still joining WLM Montana for a hate rally. Though this March 31, 2023 was before either group joined the Northwest Nationalist Network (3N), both Vinland Rebels and Montana WLM did eventually became members of the short lived attempt at a PNW white nationalist unity crew. Unity will always be defeated by white nationalist infighting and the proverbial dozen anarchists on Adderall.
Then, on May 19, 2023 Montana WLM, Vinland Rebels and others joined up with Evergreen Active Club to protest against LGBTQ pride events in Livingston and Bozeman Montana.
Predictable as ever, the “single vinland rebels guy” was of course Ragnar.
Ragnar was identifiable not only because he was the guy holding the Vinland Rebels flag. But also he was the guy who had hand tattoos that matched Ragnar (see picture of Ragnar’s hand putting up the WLM sticker earlier in this article).
Unlike previous white nationalist events, this protest of Bozeman MT LGBTQ pride resulted in the fascists pepper spraying people in a sad and failed attempt to make the pride event about them. One particular incident stood out in which these white nationalist with 3N pepper sprayed and hit a confused random guy who followed them onto a side street and was asking them questions, seemingly trying to genuinely figure out if the were feds. Thomas Timothy Totten III was the guy who sprayed the pepper spray.
The video of the incident, which 3N posted on their Telegram, is blurry and chaotic but it can clearly be seen that Ragnar aka Thomas Timothy Totten III is the one to deploy the pepper spray directly into the random person’s eyes. We know this is Ragnar because he was the one holding the rolled up Vinland Rebels flag and his distinct hand tattoos are visible.
Shortly before 3N fell into disarray, its last event, these white nationalists showed up in Spokane Washington on June 24, 2023 at the Pride in Perry annual LGBTQ pride block party. Thomas Timothy Totten III and Larkin McIntyre had previously rallied together while protesting North Idaho Pride.
The Northwest Nationalist Network collapsed soon after this protest against small rally in Spokane WA. North Idaho pride, Missoula trans rights, Bozeman pride, Spokane pride, Thomas Timothy Totten III showed up as a masked neo-nazi to protest each of these events. As a direct result of these white nationalists, folks in each town made new friends and communities came closer together all because people don’t like white nationalists and fascists coming into their community
Identifying Thomas Timothy Totten III as “Ragnar”
Identifying Thomas Timothy Totten III as the man behind the Ragnar account was fairly straight forward.
Looking up Thomas Timothy Totten III (full named is used here because there are a number of ‘Totten’ in Idaho) found further confirmation that he is Ragnar. Note, again, the hand tattoo. A picture from the Valley Vista Care Center of St. Maries Idaho has a male on its Facebook page that looks exactly like Ragnar including matching hand tattoo being referenced to as “Tim”. Thomas Timothy Totten III is also licensed by the state of Idaho as an occupational therapist.
Thomas Timothy Totten III of Sagle Idaho also has a long track record of writing racist comments in the press and sending complaints about critical race theory to the white nationalist friendly former Lt Governor Janice McGeachin. McGeachin always did attract a certain type.
